Design-Build
Design-build is our preferred delivery method — and it accounts for approximately 80% of our construction work. By owning both the design and the construction phase, we eliminate the coordination gaps that arise when those responsibilities are split across multiple firms.
We bring our building automation expertise into the project before comprehensive design begins. That means we can collaborate with MEP engineers early, flag RFP compliance issues while they're still inexpensive to address, and deliver value engineering solutions that improve the system — not just reduce the price.

Plan & Spec / Bid-Build
For projects that use traditional plan-and-spec delivery, Performance Automation Solutions coordinates with the mechanical contractor during the pre-bid phase. This allows us to work through the specification together, identify scope gaps before they become disputes, and reduce execution risk for all parties.
Our pre-bid engagement means that by the time construction starts, we've already resolved the ambiguities that typically surface as change orders. The mechanical contractor wins with a clean scope. The owner wins with a system delivered on time and on budget.
